Finding Our Office – (Mo-Sys Solutions London)

Our office is easy to reach in the heart of the Canada Water and Surrey Quays district in south-east London, right by the docks. It is also within Travelcard Zone 2 and just outside the Congestion Charge zone.

BY LONDON UNDERGROUND / OVERGROUND

Canada Water is your nearest station and the easiest way to arrive. It’s an interchange served by two lines, 
roughly a 10-12 minute walk from the office. To get here:

Take the Jubilee Line or Windrush Line (London Overground) to Canada Water Station.

Exit the station onto Surrey Quays Road and head left, walking past Province Drive and Needleman Street.

Turn left onto Canada Street and walk straight until you reach Quebec Way.

Turn right onto Quebec Way and walk for 5 minutes.

Mo-Sys Solutions will be on your right.

BY BUS

Canada Water bus station and the stops along Surrey Quays Road are a short walk from the office and are served by a good range of routes.

BY CAR

We’re just off Lower Road (A200) and close to the Rotherhithe Tunnel, with quick access to the A2 and the 
wider road network. The office is outside the Congestion Charge zone, though the ULEZ (Ultra Low Emission 
Zone) applies across all London boroughs — please check that your vehicle is compliant.
● Postcode: Set your sat-nav or maps app to postcode SE16 7LG.
● From the north/west: From central London, follow signs for Rotherhithe / Surrey Quays via the A200 
(Jamaica Road / Lower Road).
● From the south/east: Approach via the A2 and Lower Road towards Canada Water.

Parking & Access:

Parking is available free of charge at Surrey Quays Shopping Centre located at Deal Porters Way, London SE16 7LL

From there, it is about a 5-7 minute walk to Mo-Sys Solutions.

IMPORTANT PARKING REGISTRATION NOTICE:

The car park operates with a strict 3-hour limit unless registered. Visitor vehicle registrations must be submitted to us prior to arrival to avoid parking penalties for longer stays.
