Sales Administrator

 

Permanent Full time- 40 hours/week

 

Salary £20,000 – 22,000/per year (depending on experience and qualifications)

 

Mo-Sys Engineering is a growing, creative company dedicated to creating innovative camera support systems for the film and TV industries, involved in high profile projects like Game of Thrones, Red Bull Air Race, The Shape of Water and BBC elections among other things.

 

We are currently searching for a Sales Administrator to join our creative and developing team. At Mo-Sys Engineering we are passionate about what we do. Every member of the team is important, valuable and makes a difference.

The Sales Administrator will assist the Sales team by responding to website and exhibition enquiries, providing information and quotations, compiling and issuing invoices, and ensuring the CRM system is up to date. Most communication is by email, and occasionally by phone.

Duties of the Sales Administrator include:

  • Creating and submitting invoices to clients
  • Answer sales enquiries received via website and email
  • Assist with following up on leads gathered from trade show exhibitions
  • Add contacts and administrate CRM system
  • Assisting with creating quotations (using templates and product lists provided)
  • Build relationships (mostly via email)

 

 

Requirements of the Role:

  • Strong administration and organisational skills
  • Excellent knowledge and proficiency of the English language (both written and verbal)
  • Knowledge and confidence using Excel
  • Accurate and detailed
  • Able to work in a fast-paced and changing environment
  • Open-minded and passionate about the growth and development of the role and the company
